"Tab was so easy to work with prior to my wedding and at the wedding. My grandma was the one in contact with him but she said everything was great on that end. Unlike most brides, I made it a point to eat at my wedding and the food was great! Large portions and our menu had great variety. I would like to point out that the chicken was not your typical plain dry wedding chicken. All the food tasted great, was served hot, and filled everyone up!"

We had stuffed chicken, beef brisket, salad, rolls, mashed potatoes and delicious stuffed mushrooms for appetizers. I would definitely recommend Cowboy Catering."
