Hello, thanks for visiting Cowboy Catering Company!
My name is Tab, but most people know me as "Chef". Since 1986, I have worked in the food and beverage industry right here in Colorado. Starting with the Marriott Corporation in Golden, Colorado, and then landing in Eagle County in 1994, my Vail Valley career began at the Lodge and Spa at Cordillera.
After four years at the Lodge and Spa, I had the opportunity to open the Timber Hearth Grille in Cordillera as Executive Chef. In 1999 I purchased Cowboy Catering Company from long-time local Shirkie Evans and have grown the company to one of the Valley's premier catering companies.
Cowboy Catering produces humble, delicious and creative western cuisine for both locals and out-of-town guests. We pride ourselves on creating delicious food for all types of events and budgets.
Servicing the Vail Valley and Colorado mountain towns from Summit County to Grand Junction, including Glenwood Springs, Cowboy Catering offers event planning, catering, menu design, on-site planning, obtaining permits/licenses and complete event staffing. We work closely with our local vendors to enhance and fulfill our clients' every need, whether they are planning a ten-guest dinner party or 1,000-guest gala.
Cowboy Catering utilizes, whenever possible, fresh, local and regional foods and products.
We offer and can accommodate a variety of menus and requests including organic menus, gluten-free menus, allergy sensitivities and other dietary restrictions.
